EstateQuarry provides property information for discovery and lead-generation purposes. Property information may originate from property representatives or other data sources and should be independently verified before any decision or transaction.

No brokerage relationship

EstateQuarry does not act as a real estate broker, agent, seller, landlord, buyer or tenant and does not participate in negotiations, payments, sales, leasing or rental transactions.

Agent contact

When a visitor submits an enquiry, the relevant property representative's contact details may be displayed so the visitor can communicate directly with that representative.

Agent account terms

Agents creating an EstateQuarry account must provide accurate professional and contact information, maintain control of the registered email address, and complete the verification steps requested in the agent portal. Email verification confirms access to the submitted email address; professional document approval is a separate EstateQuarry review process.

Agents are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for using customer enquiry information only for legitimate property follow-up. Trial access, paid subscription access and lead delivery may be restricted when an account is inactive, unverified, suspended or no longer within a valid access period.
